The below Terms and Conditions apply to all users of Fred’s Movie Posters. Access to our website at www.fredsmovieposters.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

Accuracy of information:

The inclusion of any product on our site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right at any time to (i) discontinue any product, (ii) amend any product specifications, descriptions, and stock levels, and (iii) change any product prices, at any time without notice.

We do our best to ensure all information provided by us is (i) specific to the individual item listed for sale, (ii) accurate at the time of product listing, and (iii) comprehensive to the best of our knowledge. However we cannot guarantee that the actual product may not vary slightly.

 

Payment terms:

We offer Debit Card and PayPal payment options. These payment methods are provided by a third-party, and upon use you are agreeing to any and all applicable terms of use and terms and/or terms and conditions of the third-party.

 

Terms of sale:

All of our products are individualistic, second-hand in nature, and sold as is. It is reasonable to expect that each item, including different copies of the same product, may vary slightly in presentation, this is due to variance in age, usage, handling and storage over time.

Therefore, prior to making a purchase we encourage all customers to (i) thoroughly read and consider the information provided in the product listing, (ii) review their cart to ensure the correct products have been added, (iii) contact us in relation to any specific questions or concerns you may have.

By placing an order with us, you are representing that (i) you agree to purchase a product, (ii) you are of a legal age to form a binding agreement to purchase, (iii) all information you have provide to us in connection to your purchase is true and accurate, and (iv) are authorised to use the payment methods provided and authorise any payment that is made to us in relation to your purchase.

We reserve the right at any time, including after receipt of your order, to (i) accept, (ii) modify, or (iii) decline your order, or any portion there for whatever reason.

 

Returns and refunds:

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns due to change of mind.

We strive to deliver on our promises, and where we notice any concerns in an item you have purchased we will contact you prior to shipping. Upon receipt of your order, if you are unsatisfied with the items received we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to discuss. We reserve the right to grant or deny any request for a full or partial refund on a case by case basis. In instances where a full or partial refund has been granted by us, the agreed amount will returned to you in the same method by which payment was originally made to us.

 

Shipping terms:

All orders will be shipped using Australia Post, and will be packaged in a rigid, sealed and padded, either flat mailer or tube.

We offer both Standard Post and Express Post options on all orders, and prices are calculated at checkout. If you would like to request any additional services such as signature on delivery or added postage insurance please contact us prior to making a purchase. Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email confirming the tracking details.

Our ability to ship your order may at any time be affected by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to, new and ongoing delays, disruptions or outages affecting the domestic and international postal services. The use of our website, its content and the providence of any information by a user, including but not limited to names, addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, payment information and delivery instructions is limited to the contemplated functionality of the website. We reserve the right to terminate any user’s participation in our website at any time, and assert legal action with respect to any violation of these terms, and any delay or failure in taking such actions does not constitute a waiver of our rights to enforce these terms.
