What’s on my desk in April..
April has been a very big month for us here at Fred’s Original Movie Posters!
We have finally finished rehoming all of our stock and have begun the process of refreshing our online Poster Shop. We appreciate your patience and understanding whist we continue this process over the coming months.
This month, these One Sheet titles caught my eye! Being new stock just recently listed in our Poster Shop!
- Muppet Treasure Island, released in 1996, featuring lots of your favourite Muppets and Tim Curry as Long John Silver.
- Battle Beyond the Stars, released in 1980
- One for the sci-fi fans, Stanley, released in 1972
- Circle of friends, released in 1995, from the Maeve Binchy novel of the same name.
- Steve McQueen in an American war epic, The Sand Pebbles, released in 1966
- Without a doubt, Arnold Schwarzenegger is always in demand, Total Recall, released in 1990
- The Challengers, the cars are front and centre, not to be confused with the upcoming tennis movie, this one is all about Grand Prix motor racing
- Horror of Frankenstein, released in 1970, a Hammer Films production that is part remake, part parody. That is David Prowse aka Darth Vader under the Franken make up!
- Controversial at the time due to its subject matter, Twisted Nerve, released in 1968, this poster has also been censored in parts
It has been great to see more orders coming through this month, and an absolute joy to pack and send them off from our new location! In further exciting news.. we are expecting another batch of stock to land in the Gold Coast in early May!
